How do I check the status of my order?

When can I expect to receive my Jeuneora order?

We aim to provide you with a fast and reliable delivery service. Once we receive your order, it will be processed by our distribution team. This process can take up to 24 hours and operates Monday - Friday (public holidays excluded). Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. The shipping estimates on our Shipping Info page will give you an idea of when you should expect your Jeuenora goodies.

When will my e-Gift card expire?

E-Gift cards are delivered by email and will expire 12 months from the date of purchase.

If I have a remaining balance on my e-Gift card, can I use this towards another purchase?

You sure can! A remaining balance on your e-gift card can be used towards another purchase as long as it’s before the 12 month expiry. You can also check your gift card balance by following the links in your gift card email.

Can I return a product from jeuneora.com?

Jeuneora accepts returns if you’ve changed your mind about a product purchased through our online store. To qualify for a return, you must meet the following conditions: Item was purchased from the Jeuneora online store within the last 30 days. Proof of purchase must be provided. Item is in its original purchase condition. Packaging must be unopened, unused and unmarked. We do not accept returns for products that have been opened. The only exception to this is if the product has been deemed faulty. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set. The shipping costs associated with the return of the product is the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by Jeuneora. The only exception to this is if the product has been deemed faulty. Your rights under any applicable consumer laws are additional to and not affected by Jeuneora’s Return and Refund Policy on our T&Cs page.

What is collagen?

Collagen is the most abundant protein in our bodies, making up about 90% of our total protein. It’s the major component of connective tissues in tendons, ligaments, skin and muscles, so you can think of it as the basic building block of your entire body.

Why do we need to supplement with collagen?

Collagen decreases as we age, leaving us with weaker hair and nails, and thinner and drier skin that starts to sag and wrinkle. Adding a hydrolysed Marine Collagen Peptides supplement to your diet can help slow down the ageing process and give you that Jeuneora glow that everyone raves about!

What makes Jeuneora’s collagen so special?

Not all Marine Collagen is created equal. Our Marine Collagen goes through the hydrolysis process, where large collagen molecules are broken down (via a reaction with water) into smaller molecules that are commonly referred to as “peptides”. Therefore all of Jeuneora’s Hydrolysed Marine Collagen is also a Collagen Peptide. The process of hydrolysis makes collagen more bioavailable and easily absorbed due to the lower molecular size. Our Marine Collagen Peptides are sourced from fish skin, which is superior to other types of collagen because it’s up to 1.5 times more easily absorbed due to its optimum (lower) molecular weight. Do your products help with acne?

Clinical research on oral Marine Collagen supplementation has largely focused on the improvement of skin appearance, reduction of fine lines and wrinkles, and hydration. There have been statistically significant clinical studies conducted in these areas. Causes of acne can vary from person to person, and while there has been some excellent feedback regarding acne improvement with oral Marine Collagen supplementation, we caution that there is still more research to be conducted in this area before a definitive answer can be provided. Collagen supplementation has been found to be helpful for gut health, which can often be the underlying cause of skin issues in some individuals. It definitely won’t hurt to give it a try!

Can I take your supplements alongside other medications and vitamins?

While we have a number of customers who take our supplements alongside various different medications, we always recommend that you speak with your healthcare professional before adding Jeuneora into your routine, particularly if you are on existing medications, as every individual is different. Taking other vitamins alongside Jeuneora supplements is fine, but if you do have any particular concerns please speak with your healthcare professional first.

Can I take your Marine Collagen supplements if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

If you wish to use Jeuneora supplements whilst pregnant or breastfeeding, please always consult with your healthcare professional first.

Can I give your Marine Collagen products to my children?

There are no known harmful effects for children wanting to take Marine Collagen or Volcanic Detox (the mineral Zeolite that is included in our Renew+ formulation). However, we recommend consulting with your healthcare professional first. We have had positive feedback from adolescents who have taken Jeuneora supplements in regards to improvement in their skin and gut health.

Can I use your Marine Collagen products if I have a seafood / shellfish allergy?

The short answer is…. No! While our Marine Collagen supplements are made from sustainably-sourced fish skin and do not contain any shellfish, our Marine Collagen is processed in a factory that also produces shellfish products. If you are allergic to seafood or shellfish, we have a great plant-based supplement range, including Beauty Boost Vegan Collagen Activator Capsules.

Can men use Marine Collagen?

Absolutely! We have many male customers who are regular users of our Marine Collagen. They’re just a little camera shy ;)

Does Beauty Boost contain Vegan Collagen?

There is no such thing as true vegan collagen, which is why we’ve worked hard to source vegan ingredients that help to support the production of collagen in your body. These ingredients are SkinAx2 and Gotu Kola.

Our skincare products are absolutely cruelty-free. We don’t test on animals – ever! Most of our skincare products are vegan too, except for SupearlaNova which contains crushed pearl extract.

What skin types are Jeuneora skincare products suitable for?

Every skin type! All of our products have been dermatologist tested and approved for all skin types – including sensitive skin.

Do you have samples so I can try the skincare products?

How long should a skincare product last?

It really depends on the product, the amount you’re using each time and how often you apply it. Generally speaking, a skincare product could last anywhere from one to three months.

What order should I apply my skincare in?

1. Cleansers (If you double cleanse, start with oil or gel cleansers and follow up with foaming or cream cleansers), 2. Exfoliators (1-3 times a week depending on your skin type), 3. Booster Serums, 4. Daily Serums, 5. Moisturisers & Creams, 6. Oil, 7. SPF in the morning (every single day!)

I’m new to skincare – where do I start?

Welcome! A simple three-step routine is a good place to start, and these products are great for a beginner routine: Cleansers (Oily skin: OhyMyDays Foaming Cloud Cleanser, Dry skin: MeltTheDay Oil-based Gel Cleanser), Moisturisers (Oily skin: GoLightly Plump & Protect Day Cream, Dry skin: GoNightly Overnight Repair Cream), SPF in the morning – always! Once you’re comfortable with these three steps, you can add serums and treatment products into your routine to target specific skin concerns. Are the fragrances in your products natural?

We understand some people have concerns about synthetic fragrances. For us, sensory experience is such an important part of the skincare ritual. The fragrance in our formulations makes up less than .5%, and we use both natural and synthetic ingredients to create our fragrances. They are certified as being safe for cosmetic use by the International Fragrance Association (IFRA), who are the global representative body of the fragrance industry. All of our products have been dermatologically tested and approved, and have been found to be suitable for all skin types, even sensitive.

What is the shelf life of your skincare products?

Our skincare products expire two years from the date they were manufactured. You’ll find the date stamp on the bottom of the packaging.

Is Jeuneora plastic recyclable?

It’s important to us that Jeuneora empties never see a landfill! That’s why all of our Jeuneora plastic packaging is 100% recyclable through our free Jeuneora Recycling Programme. This programme is currently available for our New Zealand and Australian customers only.

How do I send my Jeuneora empties to be recycled?

Follow the steps below and your Jeuneora empties will never see a landfill. In fact, they are repurposed into things like outdoor furniture and children's playgrounds. Pretty impressive, huh? 1. Grab your free pre-addressed Jeuneora Recycling Programme Return Bag by clicking here. 2. Collect your empty Jeuneora packaging over the next few months and pop it in the Return Bag. 3. How sustainable is your packaging?

We’re always on the lookout for more sustainable packaging solutions and we’re constantly making tweaks and improvements! All of our supplements come in I’m Green™ Containers, which are made in New Zealand from 100% Sugarcane Plastic. Wherever possible, we have used 20% - 50% post-consumer recycled plastic in our skincare packaging. All of our packaging (including skincare packaging and sample sachets) can be recycled through our free Jeuneora Recycling Programme, so your Jeuneora empties never need to see a landfill.

Do you have refills available for the skincare products?

Jeuneora Skincare is single-use (for now...) but everything is 100% recyclable through our free Jeuneora Recycling Programme.

Do you have a Loyalty Programme?

We do! We launched the Jeuneora Collective in July 2020. It's designed to reward, surprise and delight you, our wonderful customers. It's easy to create an account and you'll start earning points on every $ you spend in the Jeuneora online store.

Subscription Service

I have never used a subscription service before, how do I set this up?

Choose the product you want, click the Subscribe & Save, then use the drop down to enter how often you want the product to be delivered and hit the ADD TO CART. You can choose to continue shopping or go to checkout if you are finished.

What payment methods do you accept for subscription?

We accept credit card / debit card / Paypal payments for orders containing subscription products. We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal.

There is nowhere to add my discount code. Can I use a discount code?

We are unable to accept discount codes on subscription orders. This is because a 10% discount is already automatically applied when you sign up to subscribe to one of our products.

How do I cancel my order?

Our subscription service is super flexible and you can cancel your order at any time, for any reason. To do this, go to "My Account", "Manage Subscriptions" and click 'Remove'.

How do I change the delivery date of my order?

To do this, all you need to do is go to "My Account", "Manage Subscriptions" and change the delivery date to whatever suits you. You can either delay your order, bring it forward, or cancel it altogether - it's that easy.

When will my credit / debit card / Paypal account be charged?

We will email you a reminder for your subscription order 3 days before it's scheduled to be processed. This gives you 3 days notice before your credit / debit card / PayPal account will be charged. You will be charged on the day your order is processed.

What happens if my credit / debit card / Paypal account is declined?

If there is a problem with your payment, you will be sent a notification email. We will then attempt to process the order again the following day.

How will I know when my order has been sent?

You will receive a reminder email 3 days before we process your subscription order. This is your chance to make any changes you might have to your order. Once your order has been sent, you will receive a separate email with your courier tracking information.

What happens if an AutoShipment lands on a weekend or public holiday?

In these cases, your order will be processed on the next working day. Our dispatch hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm (with the exception of public holidays & weekends).

Can I add skincare to my subscription?

At this stage, skincare is not available as part of our subscription service.
