Our aim is to provide customers a fast and reliable delivery service.
Once we receive your order (providing it is in stock) it will be processed by our distribution team. This process can take up to 24 hours and operates Mon-Fri (Public holidays excluded).
Once your order has been processed and is ready to be sent, you will receive a tracking number.
* Please Note we do not deliver to PO Box numbers
Please ensure you double check your address before confirming in the checkout as addresses can not be changed after this.
Orders made to New Zealand addresses will generally be shipped via Courier Post who give a targeted delivery time of 2-4 working days between Monday-Friday. (Rural deliveries may take longer)
Orders received after 2pm will be processed the following morning.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure your order reaches you in a timely manner, we are unable to accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party. If you’re concerned about the whereabouts of your parcel, please first contact Courier Post (NZ Post if Rural or overseas) quoting your ticket number from your tracking.
** PRE-ORDER INFO ** If you have purchased a product that is on pre-order this means the item is currently not in stock. Please make sure you are aware of this as refunds can not be processed for reasons outside our refund policy. Once we receive our stock it will be processed by our logistics team and dispatched. Please allow extra time for this when placing a pre-order. Shipping times are an estimate given by our courier provider, and do not include dispatch processing times.

Flat rate $6.50 shipping applies

International
For all international orders we use NZ post. International shipping times are estimated by NZ Post to take between 10-14 working days (excluding public holidays).
Australia
Flat rate $14 shipping applies on all orders
Up to 24 hours to process, up to 10 working days to deliver.

Shipping will be auto-calculated at checkout based on individual country.
Up to 24 hours to process, usually between 10-21 working days to deliver dependent on country.

Are there any additional charges for international orders?
International orders may attract local Customs taxes or duties on arrival to your country. These taxes/duties are required to be paid by the purchaser and are not the responsibility of ORA Pure. No refunds will be issued for orders where tax/duties remain unpaid by the purchaser. Please check with your local Customs agency regarding the tax/duty likely to be charged prior to ordering.
